Meet Denise Baffis
Experienced teacher, mentor, coach, people leader, Reiki and meditation practitioner
Denise Baffis is devoted to inspiring individuals to live their best life, to honour their mind, body and soul, to challenge themselves to grow and heal and reach their fullest potential.
Denise has training and extensive experience in teaching, mentoring and coaching individuals as well as leading dispersed teams. Denise has a natural ability to nurture strong and positive connections for supporting groups of women.
Formally trained in Reiki and Meditation, Denise has recently found a passion for offering meditations and support to people who have been impacted by cancer.
the.denise.effect is about honouring the ability we each have to initiate a ripple of positivity effecting people around us. Stepping into a space to make a real difference.

In-Person Creative Women's Circles
Creative Women's Circles
Join with other women for a 3-hour workshop to create, share and grow. Each workshop will focus on a different theme and include a short meditation followed by using creative ways to bring mindfulness, presence, support and community.
9-12 noon Saturday (Dates to be confirmed for 2026)
