Service Description
Join with other women for 3 x 1-hour online sessions to create, share and grow. Each series will focus on a different theme and include a short meditation followed by using creative ways to bring mindfulness, presence, support and community. Open to all beginners, especially those who do not feel they have accessed their creativity or who feel stuck and not sure why. Individual sessions/series can be facilitated by Denise to meet the needs of your own group. Please reach out so we can work together to shape the most meaningful and aligned experience

Cancellation Policy
Your time is sacred and so is mine. To honour our shared space, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be considered complete. Life flows unpredictably. If you're facing an emergency, please reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate.
